Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University has started the registration process for Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (UPCET) 2022 counseling round for admission to B.Tech, and B.A.C. courses. To participate in the UPCET 2022 counselling, applicants need to register themselves in online mode at uptac.admissions.nic.in. The counseling will be done on the basis of JEE Main results till September 20.
The counseling program consists of registration, payment of fee and document verification. Selected candidates will also have their choice locked to reserve the seat. If a candidate secures a certain seat, it will be confirmed on payment of the admission fee by the candidate.

UPCET BTech 2022 Counseling Process
step 1: Registration and Uploading Documents, Fee Payment. Candidates can first register for UPCET BTech Counseling 2022 by using their Roll Number, Father’s Name and Date of Birth. After registration, candidates have to upload the required paperwork and pay the UP B.Tech counseling cost.
step 2: document verification. Once all the registration forms are received, the officials will scrutinize and verify the documents submitted along with the UPCET 2022 counseling application form. In case of discrepancy in any of the documents of the candidate, the authority will contact the candidate on their given email address / mobile number.
step 3: Choice filling and locking. After the document verification process is over candidates have to select the course and college in which they want to enroll. There is no limit to the choice of choice. So the candidates should choose from the options available under the preferential allotment.
step 4: Seat allotment, and freezing. If the candidate is satisfied with the seat allotment done by the officials. Otherwise, if the candidate is dissatisfied with the seat allotment and wants to proceed for the next round, they can leave or withdraw the seat.
Candidates have to fill and secure their seat preference. Candidates who have qualified for UPCET 2022 counseling will also be contacted for document verification. One has to pay the UPCET BTech 2022 counseling cost of Rs 1000 to register for the same.
