Renowned beekeeper Erica Thompson included a second photo in the same post that answers by exposing the queen bee through a dark circle.
He has received praise and appreciation from all sections of the internet for his work to save the bee colonies. Texas-based Erica Thompson, a beekeeper by profession, through her social media handle, often gives us a glimpse of her day-to-day effort to move massive bee swarms by scraping them with bare hands. Her videos also educate us with relevant information about bees. On some occasions she teases us with riddles. One of her latest Instagram posts is proof of the same where she challenges netizens to take out the queen bee in a hive among many others.
Her Instagram handle, named Texas Beeworks, uploaded the photo with the caption, “Can you find the queen bee in this hive? It is the largest bee in the hive with a longer body, a more pointed abdomen and a black spot on the back. And here’s a fun fact… all the other bees you see here are female worker bees because the male has been kicked out for the winter! Swipe left for an answer and let me know how quickly you were able to find the queen in the comments. (But please don’t answer for others!)”.

“I said “yes” when I found her. My coworkers wondered if I had lost my mind,” wrote one Instagram user, while another said he found the queen in less than two seconds took.
One user commented that she and her seven-year-old son figured it out almost immediately, learning a lot through their posts about bees. Erica thanked the user for following her religiously and asked her to send a congratulatory message to her son.
