US ‘confident’ Turkey will address concerns over Finland, Sweden NATO bids

Ukraine war: Biden’s adviser said that America is confident that Turkey’s concern will be overcome.

Washington:

The United States is “convinced” that Turkey’s concerns can be addressed if Finland and Sweden join NATO, a top adviser to President Joe Biden said on Wednesday.

National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said “we are confident that at the end of the day Finland and Sweden” will enter NATO and that “Turkey’s concerns can be addressed.”

“We feel very good about where it will track,” he said.
