The Communist Party of India (CPI) has asked Mahagathbandhan government in BiharWhich he is supporting from outside, for using bulldozers against Bharatiya Janata Party leaders in the state.
CPI national secretary, Atul Anjan also demanded that a “white paper” be brought on the “wrongfully acquired” assets of BJP leaders in the state to dispel the notion that “only other parties are corrupt”. .

“Come on (CM) Nitish Kumar and (Deputy CM) Tejashwi Prasad Direct the authorities concerned to identify and demolish structures belonging to BJP leaders encroaching upon public land. Bulldozers should now be used against the party.
“If Nitish and Tejashwi protested, we would take it as lack of moral courage (moral courage) on their part,” Mr Anjan said.
The CPI leader said his party was still ready to join the cabinet in the state, unlike other Left parties – CPI(ML) and CPI(M), which have ruled out such a possibility.
“But we have not received any proposal so far. And we do not want ministerial berth at the cost of unity among the alliance partners,” he said.
Responding to a question, the CPI leader said the party believed that Mr Kumar would play an “important role” in establishing unity among opposition parties in the country.
He, however, shrugged off questions about Mr. Kumar being “prime minister material”, saying, “We will cross the bridge when we reach him. We need to take his name before the child is born.” Shouldn’t try.”
