Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections: BJP’s Jan Vishwas Yatra will start from today

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will start its ‘Jan Vishwas Yatra’ from six places on Sunday. Uttar PradeshIn view of the state assembly elections.

The yatra will be taken out from Bijnor, Mathura, Jhansi, Ghazipur, Ambedkar Nagar and Ballia and will see the participation of some top BJP leaders.

While the party’s national president Jagat Prakash Nadda will flag off the Jan Vishwas Yatra from Ambedkar Nagar, the second yatra will be inaugurated by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath from Mathura.

The third yatra will be flagged off by Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, which will start from Jhansi and end at Kanpur.

The fourth yatra will start from Bidurkoti in Bijnor, which will be inaugurated by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari. The finale will be in Rampur.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will start the fifth yatra from Ballia and will end at Basti.

Union Minister and Amethi MP Smriti Irani will inaugurate the sixth visit. The journey will start from Ghazipur and end in his own constituency, Amethi.

PM’s address

Apart from this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address about three lakh women in UP on December 21.

The PM is set to distribute certificates to 2.5 lakh women beneficiaries of various government schemes, including members of self-help groups (SHGs), at a function to be held at the Parade Ground.

PM had laid the foundation stone of Ganga Expressway in Shahjahanpur on Saturday and praised UP CM Adityanath.

Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh are due early next year.

In the 2017 assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party won 312 seats out of the 403-seat Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, while the Samajwadi Party (SP) won 47 seats, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) won 19 seats. And Congress could only manage to win. seven seats. Rest of the seats were occupied by other candidates.
