Although earlier reports said that the looted cash was worth several crores, the complaint does not mention the exact amount of the looted cash.
To solve this sensational case of robbery, the police had formed five teams. To identify the miscreants, the footage of the CCTV cameras installed on the highway and toll plaza is being scanned.
SP Kaushambi Hemraj Meena said on Thursday that after investigation Ankit Gupta, Anoop Shukla, Aditya Verma and Uday Pratap, residents of different areas of Lucknow, have been arrested on charges of robbery. Two of his accomplices Roshan and Birju are still absconding from the area.
