Susanto Banerjee’s new play, The Note, seeks to not only thrill its audience, but also make them think about human behavior.
Corporate man-turned-playwright Susanto Banerjee views his art and life through the prism of human behavior. We play different roles every day, he says, reminiscent of William Shakespeare’s famous ‘All the World’s a Stage’ monologue as you like It, We treat different people differently on different occasions depending on our role. This is what an actor tries to do on stage, says Susanto. “Theatre is very powerful with respect to behavior. Why can’t we use theater and make it an experiential tool to learn about behavior?”
His latest play, note, too, is a part of this study on human behavior. It is apparently a murder mystery. Sushanto not only wants to thrill but also make the audience think. that’s why note Whodunit will not; It will be a howdunit.
A murder disturbs the peace of the family of Ramani, Pralay and their little girl Munni. The audience will soon get to know about the murderer. The rest of the play, with eight characters, will discuss the circumstances of the murder in detail, while trying to answer an important question: Is the killer guilty? written by susanto note Inspired by a Somerset Maugham play, a year and a half ago. He liked the beginning of the play Maugham. So, they took it, added some characters, tweaked their story, and changed their trajectories and locations.
Note Ventures will be the theater’s fourth play, founded by Susanto in 2014 a lot of kachero, flame And a judgment error??
