The shares of Veranda Learning are going to knock on Dalal Street on 11 April 2022 i.e. Monday. As per the information available on BSE website, Veranda Learning IPO listing date is 11th April 2022 and the stock will be listed in ‘T’ group of securities in the Special Pre-Open Session (SPOS) at the above time.
According to stock market experts, Veranda Learning Share Price There may be a ‘mute listing’ as it is a loss making company in which there may be lack of investor interest after the share listing. He is of the opinion that the boundary of the public issue may open from 150 160 each level, offers a premium of 10-15% to the IPO allottees.
to speak on Veranda Learning IPO Listing Price forecast; Ravi Singhal, Vice Chairman, GCL Securities said, “The company is a loss-making venture but it is listed in the ‘T’ category. Hence, I am expecting some premium for the allottees. However, a lot depends on the market sentiment. Depends on the case of negative sentiment in Dalal Street, Veranda Learning shares may open closer 150 per level whereas in case of positive sentiments it may open around 160 each level.”
Silent expectation for discounted listing of Veranda Learning shares; Manoj Dalmiya, Founder & Director, Proficient Equities Ltd. said, “Veranda Learning is a loss-making company and in recent years, investors have burned a lot of money by investing in such loss-making unicorns and tech companies So, I am not hopeful. There is a lot for the allottees as the issue price is also expensive.”
Ravi Singh, Vice President and Research Head, Share India said, “Veranda Learning share price could be marginally off flat as the company’s fundamentals are quite sluggish. New investors may not show interest in the stock post listing and it may fall. Triggered after profit booking among allottees.”
