New Delhi: With Valentine’s Day round the corner, Vodafone Idea is offering free 5GB data benefits so that customers can celebrate the day with uninterrupted data. Only Vodafone Prepaid customers are eligible for the Valentine’s Day special deal. Vodafone is also giving unlimited free internet access in addition to the We Tunes Love competition. The winner of the contest will get a cash prize of Rs.5000.
Customers who recharge their numbers with Vodafone Idea will get 5GB of additional data with a validity period of 28 days at no extra cost. With the Vodafone 299 prepaid plan, the talk time is virtually unlimited. Along with 100 SMS each day, it offers 1.5GB data per day. Pack is good for 28 days. You also have the option of bingeing all night and splurging on your weekend.
You also get up to 2GB of monthly backups at no extra cost. If you recharge during the specified time, the 5GB free data will be added to the already existing data. Notably, you need to recharge your phone before February 14 to avail the free data benefit.
Along with providing more internet data, Vodafone is also conducting a unique Vi Music contest on social media exclusively for Vi customers. Users will have to identify the correct song from a playlist of Valentine-themed songs in Hungama Music on the Vi app using jumbled up lyrics.
Participants must use the hashtag #ViLoveTunes while commenting on the correct response. Each question will have one lucky winner each day who will be eligible to receive a gift card worth Rs.5,000.
