Guests attended the much-awaited wedding between Bollywood stars Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif Secret codes will be given to keep the wedding ceremony completely confidential on December 9 at Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan’s Sawai Madhopur district, sources said on Wednesday.
Guests will be allowed entry into the wedding venue based on the secret code provided. The identities of the special guests attending the wedding will be kept secret, so the hotel has assigned codes instead of names to all guests. Based on these codes various services will be provided to the guests like room service, security etc.
According to sources, the SOPs prescribed for the grand wedding ceremony include non-disclosure of wedding attendance, no photography, no sharing of photos and location on social media, etc. Also, the guests should have no contact with the outside world. Sources said that till they leave the venue.
Meanwhile, the preparations for the much-talked-about wedding have begun at the grand hotel in Sawai Madhopur district. An event management company has been entrusted with the responsibility of making all the necessary arrangements for the big day.
Under this, special suites have been booked for the bride and groom in the hotel. While Vicky will stay in the Raja Mansingh Suite, Katrina will stay in the Rani Padmavati Suite, both of which are the most expensive suites in the hotel. The suites cost Rs 7 lakh for a night.
Both suites have private swimming pools and grades attached to them, while windows open to a gorgeous view of the Aravalli hills. Katrina and Vicky along with their family members are expected to check-in on December 6 and depart on December 11.
The wedding preparations have been assigned to six different vendors, who will arrange flowers, decorations, security, transportation, food and jungle safari.
For security arrangements, 100 bouncers will come from Jaipur on 5th December. Rajasthan Police personnel will also be deployed for the security of VIP guests. The ‘sangeet’ ceremony will take place on December 7 followed by the ‘mehndi’ ceremony the next day. A special reception will be held after the wedding ceremony on December 10.
