New Delhi: Vipul Medcorp Insurance TPA Private Limited (VMC), now Vidal Health Insurance TPA Private Limited (Vidal Health), has completed the merger process following the acquisition of Vipul Medcorp by Vidal in February last year.
The merged entity has 29 branch offices, which are present across India and the total revenue of 200 crores.

Vidal Health Group offers programs to help its clients manage their health, delivered through a wellness-platform that can be accessed through an app or web services. Through this platform they also provide tele-consultation and OP facility with over 4,000 physicians and specialists. Customers can also avail attractive discounts on pharmacy and diagnostic orders through this platform.
