A significant expansion of the Uttar Pradesh cabinet is imminent, sources have told NDTV, adding that six to seven new faces are expected to be included in Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s team this evening. The expansion comes months ahead of assembly elections in the politically important state and with those elections in mind, it is expected to include representations from all castes and communities.
