Rashtriya Lok Dal chief Jayant Choudhary has claimed blurring of the lines between the state and the party, alluding to the BJP’s rule in Uttar Pradesh, which he said could not happen. “There is massive misuse by the government. Teachers are being sent to attend rallies and by bus-load. I have been told that this time postal ballot is going to be misused on a large scale. People should be made aware of it,” Mr Choudhary told NDTV in an interview today.
