The video, posted on October 16, has garnered over 1 million views on Instagram. The short clip shows a middle-aged couple sitting on two different berths on the train. A woman wearing a sari rests her feet on the berth where her husband is sitting. Husband patiently applies nail polish on his toes.

Earlier, two patients from the 225-year-old Institute of Mental Health (IMH), Chennai had a divine wish to get married on the premises of the oldest and largest mental hospital in Asia, Chennai.
The couple – Mahendran and Deepa – who were treated at IMH almost two years ago, fell in love and decided to tie the knot on Friday on the institute premises in the presence of doctors, nurses and other staff and family members.
