There are thousands like her across India, who spend their afternoons collecting old clothes from societies and housing complexes, apartment buildings and colonies in exchange for utensils or other household items. The Vaghris, a nomadic community, have been operating an informal and often invisible old clothing recycling business for over a hundred years.
