A missile suspected to be Russian-made struck a village in eastern Poland yesterday, killing two people and raising fears of an escalation of the Ukraine conflict. The Polish Foreign Ministry said the rocket landed in Przewodów, a village in eastern Poland about 6 km from the border with Ukraine. Media reports said that the grain drying facility was affected by the strike.
