Video of colorful chameleon found in California goes viral

Recently people from a neighborhood in California met a colorful chameleon. The chameleon was not native to the area and a snake relocation specialist was called in to rescue it. A video released on YouTube channel ViralHog shows the expert approaching a tray. Inside the tray we see a greenish-red chameleon. When the expert, Bruce Ireland, arrives to lift the chameleon off the tray, it crawls onto his arms and disappears behind the camera.

Meanwhile, we hear the man saying, “Usually, I get calls from snakes. But today I got a call… and the gentleman found this friend crawling in the neighbourhood.”

The incident took place on October 11, 2021 in Carlsbad, California, USA.

This video has got more than 79,000 views on YouTube so far. In the caption, Mr. Ireland explained: “We move Snake to San Diego, Calif., and answer 3-5 calls per day. This particular day was very different. The caller said he had a strange There is a lizard and asked if I would come remove it.”

He said he arrived home to discover a panther chameleon – a reptile that is popular as an exotic pet because of its bright colors.

“Upon arriving at his home,” said the rescuer, “I learned he had a panther chameleon, brightly colored and more like a bag of Skittles candy than a reptile. I knew quickly that this was no ordinary call. There was no. Panther chameleons are only native to Madagascar, so I knew it must be someone’s remaining pet.”

The rescue team had to be careful while handling the reptile. But they soon realized that this chameleon was harmless. The caption read, “I wasn’t quite sure how he would react to me so I was cautious. I know these animals can bite.
