Two great hornbills engage in aerial combat.
An Indian Administrative Service officer, Supriya Sahoo, who works as Additional Chief Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forests, Government of Tamil Nadu, has shared an interesting video which is getting a lot of likes on Twitter.
The post has two parts: a picture and a video, in which two vivid, yellow and black colored birds are seen perched on a tree and engaging in aerial combat. Both the image and the video were clicked by professional photographer KA Dhanuparan. , who also won an award for these extraordinary scenes.
He shared the post with a caption that read, “Hundreds of Great Hornbills congregate in Nellianpathy and Valparai areas in Tamil Nadu every year.
