A renowned Russian fisherman has unearthed an array of bizarre sea creatures while sailing the Norwegian Sea. Roman Fedortsov has begun posting photos of his terrifying finds, his most recent catch being a wolffish, or devilfish – a blue-grey fish with canine-like front teeth.
But one post, in particular, has now caught people’s attention: a video of a bizarre deep-sea creature with a swollen, puffy mouth and bulging eyes of horror. The viral hit has collected over 318,000 views and over 11,000 likes since being posted on Monday.

Mr. Fedortsov caught the strange-looking fish on his commercial boat in the Norwegian and Barents Seas. His unique catch was made on New Year’s Day.
Internet users flooded the comments section with all kinds of reactions. While some called the fish simply weird, others compared it with well-known cosmetic procedures.
One user wrote, “When lip fillers go bad.” “Well, that’s terrible,” said another. A third user commented, “The Kardashians saw that fish, called the surgeon and said: I want its lips!” while a fourth was added, “Trout Pout”.

One user also explained, “Deep sea fish bloat due to compression near the surface. It returns to normal when back in the deep sea, it’s like we feel pressure when we go deeper.” With this fish, it feels pressure when it’s approaching the surface.” Another person said, “I thought it was an out take from the Kardashians.”
The fish is still unidentified, with Mr Fedortsov unsure of the species.
Meanwhile, speaking of bizarre deep sea creatures, first, in a remote area of the Indian Ocean, a strange collection of deep sea creatures was found close to underwater volcanoes. Scientists and researchers at the Museum Victoria Research Institute were stunned by the discovery of eels without eyes, bat-like fish and lizard fish with razor-sharp teeth.
