Developing skills among women that can help them become financially independent is a common objective of both the CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) Family Welfare Association (CWA) and the Usha Sewing School programme. Hence, CWA and Usha have collaborated to create income potential for the families of CRPF personnel. Usha Sewing School, Government of Rajasthan and NGO Unnayan Samiti have come together to train women in four districts across the state.
