Vint Wealth has AUM of ₹100 cr in 1.5 years of launch

Alternative Debt Asset Platform winter wealth has exceeded the assets under management (AUM) of 100 crores within 18 months of the launch of the platform.

Winter Wealth Enables retail investor To invest in fixed income properties with at least 10,000. Investors trading in high-yield, asset-backed securitized debt instruments (SDIs) have seen interest from more than 43,000 retail investors so far.

Ajinkya Kulkarni, Co-Founder, Vint Wealth said: 100 crore AUM milestone; And that’s because a closed group study at the launch of our services indicated that the product would be too complex for retail investors. We were confident that this ‘first of its kind’ fixed income investment would take its place, and so we decided to go against the grain. And here we are with a vision modified to cross 1,000 crore in AUM by September 2022.”

Previously, covered bonds and market-linked debenture-based debt investments were rated 10 lakh, keeping them out of reach of the common man. Considering the rise in popularity and investments in this segment, SEBI recently announced regulations to deepen this space for retail investors.

Earlier this year, the company raised a $2 million seed fund from major investors. With the highest asset disparity over the past few decades, these alternative investment options give retail investors the opportunity to diversify and strengthen their portfolios over the long term.

However, investors should be wary of putting their money in high-yield debt, which is risky. Debt mutual funds can reduce this risk by investing in a diversified portfolio of bonds.
