Viral Now: Surat vendor made the biggest ice ball weighing 5 kg; Tell me its price?

Ice balls, also known as ice balls, are a popular street-style snack during the summer. The treat is prepared by gluing crushed ice together into a spherical structure that is then dipped in the syrup of choice. Kala Khatta is one of the most popular flavors of this ice cream treat. Ice Gola has amassed many followers around the world. A street food vendor in Surat, Gujarat has managed to achieve something extraordinary by making a giant ice ball weighing more than 5 kg. The video of Ice Gola was shared on YouTube by popular food blogger Amar Sirohi, also known as @foodieincarnate. The clip has gone viral after garnering nearly 600k views on the video-sharing application. Ice Gola is said to be the biggest in India and is priced at Rs. 999/-.

In the nearly five-minute long clip, the food blogger shows us making a giant ice ball. First, 3.5 kg of crushed ice is collected and shaped into a tall cylindrical tower. Then, several flavored syrups are poured over ice ball Including raw mango and chocolate. Kesar rabri and fresh cream are also poured over the giant gola, which gets bigger with each addition of ingredients. Then grated mawa and four scoops of ice cream are poured over this giant dessert. Another layer of fresh cream rounds out the dessert which is finally garnished with chocolate chips, syrup and cherries and served.
