Despite going through a rough phase in his career and giving up captaincy from all formats of the game, he remains one of India’s most popular and loved cricketers. Now recently, during the ongoing first Test at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur, a fan expressed his love for this legendary batsman with a special message.
During the game between India and Australia, as soon as Virat Kohli came to the crease with India skipper Rohit Sharma during the opening session, a fan was seen in the audience with a hilarious yet epic poster in his hands. The placard read, “I love Virat Kohli more than my wife.”
The picture of the unidentified man has gone viral on social media and netizens are left in splits. Sharing the picture on Twitter, a user wrote, “Indians love Virat Kohli more than their wife.”

What made the moment even more interesting was that the fan’s wife – according to a Tweet by Australian journalist Adam Collins – was standing right next to him, and was cheering equally loudly for Team Indian from the stands.
The incident that was caught on camera is being enjoyed by everyone on social media as a hilarious moment. “I think he meant that he loves Virat more than Virat’s wife. It could have saved the argument in the house!!” A user wrote. “She (the fan’s wife) seems more than happy with that choice,” joked another.

A third user commented, “She probably loves Kohli even more,” while a fourth said, “No words but please be careful with her when she gets angry.. she can break your bones.” “.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time that a fan has expressed his love for Virat Kohli. Earlier a fan had expressed his happiness on Kohli scored his 74th century On his (fan’s) wedding day, and by displaying a placard dedicated to the Indian batting maestro, the fan had gone viral.
