Exotic animals, such as lions and tigers, are in their natural habitat and are not in the hands of private individuals as pets. By their very nature, these animals are wild and potentially dangerous, and thus do not adjust well to a captive environment. No matter how tempting it may be to embrace or pet such wild animals, it is never a good idea to get close to them. Now a heart-wrenching video reminding of the same fact is going viral on the internet.
The clip shared by a user named @basit_ayan_2748 shows a conversation between a man and two lion cubs. In the video, where the lion cubs are seen sitting on the trunk of the car, a man standing nearby is seen calmly caressing both of them with his bare hands. However, seconds later, it was one of the cubs’ aggressive reaction that was terrifying enough for the man to take a step back.

In the clip, a cub accused of attacking the man while he was nursing the lion cubs. Fortunately, the wild cat’s attempt failed. However, moments later, the man again proceeded to catch the lion while he climbed onto the roof of the car.
The clip was shared late last month, and has since garnered over 274,000 likes and over 3 million views. In the comments section, internet users emphasized the dangers of such acts and also said that exotic animals are not toys to play with.
