You will agree that nothing compares to noodles. Rain or shine, digging into a bowl of noodles (even soupy) is the epitome of comfort food. They come in many forms and can be prepared in a variety of ways with a variety of ingredients to make deliciously delicious treats. You can make noodles at home or taste them at a fine dining restaurant, but nothing beats the taste of noodles sold at roadside eateries. Foodies have a soft spot for street-style noodles, and for all good reason. However, this viral video will make you think twice before enjoying this delicious dish.
The clip shows how the noodles are made from scratch and the workers carelessly manage the process without proper equipment and hygiene. From handling the flour with bare hands to storing them in dirty containers and dumping them on dirty floors, the clip exposed the unhygienic face of the noodles you love on the street. Tweeting the video, a user asked, “When was the last time you had roadside Chinese Hakka noodles with schezwan sauce?”

The video attracted a lot of attention on Twitter. While some sarcastically dubbed it “the cleanest noodle-making process ever”, many came out in its defense.
One user was “100% certain that the same sanitary conditions exist for all kitchens in Delhi.” “If you really knew that your food (including but not limited to golgappas, kulchas, bhel puri and noodles shown here) is mass produced you would really stop eating it! Did you know that cow milk What do you eat for?” she added.

Twitter also questioned the user who shared the clip, how was he sure that the noodles in the video were only used by roadside vendors and not 5-star restaurants.

Some dismissed the unhealthy factor all together. He explained how bacteria are killed by boiling the noodles and cooking them in high-temperature oil. ,Everything becomes fine when it is boiled. (Once boiled, it will be good to eat) No tension. A user wrote.
