Viral video: Three giant snakes fell from the roof in Malaysia, creating panic on the internet

The sight of three giant snakes falling from the roof of a family in Malaysia is astonishing. According to news.com.auThe family had called the emergency crew to their home after hearing strange noises in the night.

A horrifying video of the rescue was initially shared on TikTok by @baju_skoda and re-shared on Twitter by @BornAKang. The video was captioned “That time you gotta burn the house down.”

The beginning of the video shows a snake catcher using a rod to remove a giant snake from the ceiling. Another handler uses a pole to bang on the top in an attempt to encourage the snake to emerge. Seconds later, Snake falls from the ceiling, but is not alone. Two huge snakes were seen hanging from the rest of the ceiling, leaving everyone in awe. As the residents of the house screamed in fear, snakes could be seen hanging from the wall, their bodies wrapped around each other.

A longer version of the video shows what happened next. As the snakes tried to crawl back into the roof space, one of the staff grabbed the tail of one and pulled it down. The reptile was eventually dragged out of the room and down the hallway.

Since being shared, the video has garnered over 10 million views, 1.2 lakh likes and nearly 40,000 retweets. The video, which has spread like wildfire on social media, has left people speechless, with people expressing their shock and fear at the sight of the three giant snakes.

One user wrote, ‘I will be shaking that night!! And don’t ever come back!” commented another. “This will give me nightmares!”

A third said, “It’s going to be rent-free on my head for the rest of my life.” And I wish I had the words to describe what my face did when my heart skipped a beat because… boy… I was not ready. But I don’t think it was possible for anyone to be prepared..” said the fourth, “I am leaving the whole continent after that.”
