Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan said that he and his family had a bad experience with Vistara while flying from Mumbai to Dubai. Vistara has promised “corrective measures” in response. It should be noted that other members of the cricket fraternity came out in support of Irfan Pathan, with former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra tweeting, “Hey @airvistara, totally unexpected from you.” Further, Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia also took note of the matter and urged the airline to resolve the issue, tweeting, “Sorry to hear this, Irfan Pathan.” He further added, “Vista, please check and reply.”
