Wardwizard Innovation & Mobility, which manufactures electric bikes under the brand Joy e-bike, has inaugurated a new experience center in Pune. The company-owned center aims to provide a unique experience to the customers, and is equipped with complete sales and service facilities to accelerate the brand’s reach across the state, the company announced in a statement. The Experience Center will showcase the entire range of electric scooters and motorcycles from Joy E-Bikes. Presently, the Joy e-bike fleet has a wide product portfolio of 10 models.

Speaking on the inauguration of the new Anubhav Kendra, Sheetal Bhalerao, Chief Operating Officer, Wardwizard Innovation & Mobility Ltd. said, “I believe this Anubhav Kendra will prove to be a game-changing endeavor. It will bring electric vehicles to every household. We are extremely grateful to the Government of Maharashtra for giving us the opportunity to expand our operations in the state and bring electric mobility closer to the potential customers.
“Our efforts are in line with the government’s priorities in making the entire country pollution-free. Maharashtra is a priority market for the brand, and we are seeing customers switch to electric two-wheelers to meet their daily travel needs here. We are switching. The new centers will strengthen our presence and provide a unique experience catering to the needs of the customers from sales to service. The brand plans to gradually inaugurate more experience centers across the country. “

Presently, the company has more than 113 touchpoints through distribution channels in the state. These exclusive experience centers will help them to penetrate deeper into both the urban and rural markets of the state. Three more unique experience centers are planned in this financial year at Thane, Kolhapur and Nagpur. The company has 430 dealerships across the country, and six company-owned experience centers in Delhi, Vadodara, Nadiad, Himmatnagar, Jodhpur and Pune.
