A speeding auto got into a horrific road accident after it collided with a water balloon thrown by a Holi fanatic in western Uttar Pradesh’s Baghpat on Saturday.
The incident was captured in a video in which an auto can be seen in a crowd packed with passengers on the road.
A passerby throws a water balloon at the tricycle, causing it to lose its balance, turn and stop.
There is no word yet on the number of people injured in the incident.
Police said they have registered a case after the incident came to light on social media.
Holi, the festival of colours, was celebrated across India on Friday, although in some parts the celebration continued on Saturday.
