How to make Gud Atte Ka Halwa | Gud Atte Ka Halwa Recipe:

To make this dish, we need flour, jaggery, semolina, milk, ghee, almonds, cloves and some varieties of saffron. You can also customize the ingredients to your liking, keeping the flour, jaggery and ghee constant. Now, without further delay, let’s get into the recipe.

Step 1. Pour milk into a saucepan.

Step 2. Add water, few strands of saffron and let it boil. Keep aside.

Step 3. Put ghee and some cloves in a pan and heat it.

Step 4. Add flour and semolina to the pan and fry till it becomes light brown.

Step 5. Add jaggery to it and mix well.

Step 6. Add some milk and cook till it gets cooked.

Step 7. Garnish with some chopped almonds and serve hot.
