After this, add eggs, potatoes, onions, coriander, green chilies in a bowl and mix well. To enhance its taste, add ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice to it. You will also need to add breadcrumbs to make the mixture firm and easy to bind. Shape the cutlets and fry them till they turn golden brown.
