First of all fry the paneer pieces, cashew nuts and raisins on low flame. Keep it aside. In a pan, fry whole spices like bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and much more in ghee. After that add onion and fry till it becomes light brown. Add chopped ginger, green chillies and soaked rice, fry in ghee. Add carrots, green peas, red chili powder and garam masala. Mix well, add water and add salt and lemon juice to it. Let it cook for some time. Add cottage cheese, cashew nuts and raisins. Pulao is ready after the rice is cooked.
