Component:

1) 10 small potatoes

2) Sesame oil (2 tbsp)

3) 12- 15 cashew nuts

4) Vinegar (1 tbsp)

5) Dark soy sauce (1 tbsp)

6) Sugar (1 tbsp)

7) Black pepper powder (1/2 tbsp)

8) Chili paste (1/2 tbsp)

9) 1/4 cup water

10) Cornflour (1 tbsp)

11) Chopped ginger and garlic (1 tbsp each)

12) 5 dry red chilies

13) Chopped capsicum, onion

14) Peanuts

15) Salt

How to make Kung Pao Potatoes?

1) First take small potatoes, peel them and fry them till they become crisp and brown.

2) Take another pan, add one tablespoon oil and fry cashew nuts and keep aside.

3) Now, it’s time to prepare the sauce. For this, take a bowl and add vinegar, dark soy sauce, sugar, black pepper powder, chili paste and water one after the other. Add cornflour also. Keep it aside.

4) Here is the last step, take a pan and heat some oil in it. Add chopped ginger and garlic, dry red chilli and chopped capsicum and onion. Add the crispy fried potatoes and the maize batter you have prepared in it. Mix all these well and add cashew nuts and peanuts. finally you can add salt as per your taste and kung pao potatoes are ready.
