About Pani Pakora Recipe: How to make Pani Phulka Pakora at home

For Pakora water, take water in a bowl, it can be cold or room temperature. Add green chutney, tamarind water, salt, black salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, asafoetida, red chili powder, red chili flakes, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander, lemon juice and sugar. Mix it well and your spicy water is ready.

Now for light and spongy pakoras – in a bowl add gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder and water. Beat this batter until it becomes thick and smooth, let it rest. Heat oil in a pan. Grease the batter one more time, put small balls of batter in the hot oil. These kernels will swell in size while frying. Take them out when they turn light golden.

After this, immerse the pakodas in cold water for 30-40 seconds, and squeeze them lightly while removing. This step makes the pakoda spongy and absorbent. Put the pakoras in hot water and the dish is ready.
