Carl Rice, known online as Carl Roux, is a New Zealander who seems to have fallen in love with our country! He has been living in India for some time and is mainly famous for his vlogs about his adventures around India and its neighboring countries, Pakistan and Bangladesh. He takes pride in the fact that he has visited almost every state and union territory of India and “aims to make others love India and the subcontinent.”

Carl Rock is married to a Haryanvi and loves to share the cultural traditions followed in his Indian home. Recently she revealed that on special occasions, her mother-in-law and neighbors like to come together to prepare an “ancient Indian dish”, called pud. We Indians know this dish by the name of Malpua Or fenugreek seeds.
