How to make Kulfi naturally by Kulfi Walas:

Huge sticks of ice are crushed and placed in the stalls of street vendors. Salt is added to ice because it prevents the ice from melting. Another layer of crushed ice is poured over the layer of salt. This is repeated until the stall is completely filled. Newspaper is placed on top to cover the snow, then a mesh of typical kulfi stand is placed over the newspaper. Now water is poured around the trap so that the ice below it takes a uniform shape. After this, holes are made in the newspapers to make room for the kulfi holders. After this, the solution of Kulfi is poured into the mold of Kulfi and kept inside the lattice. Finally, the entire stand is moved back and forth till the kulfi is completely frozen.
