Weather anchor inserts Snoop Dogg lyrics in report, rapper praises

The meteorologist’s performance has since gone viral.

A weather anchor in the US earned praise from Snoop Dogg as well as the Internet after she included the rapper’s lyrics in her daily report. Adam Krueger, chief meteorologist at CW39 Houston, posted a video of his act on TikTok after being challenged by one of his followers, reports the New York Post. Mr. Kruger produced Snoop Dogg’s first solo single “Who Am I (What’s My Name)?” the outlet further said in its report.

“From the depths of the sea, behind the block!” Mr. Krueger said on a screen showing Babes Beach in Galveston, Texas.

He then added more lyrics and asked TikTok users to “follow me, follow me” (on his social media handle) to keep up to date with the weather.

Mr. Krueger ended the presentation with, “We’re about to get hot and humid with highs in the 80s, guess what, ‘this is it, rat tat tat tat’.”

rapper reposted the clip on his Instagram handle. “Weather Man on One!” Snoop Dogg captioned the post adding several emojis along with it.

Users flooded the comments section of Instagram.

“He’s our weatherman in town,” said one user. “These weathermen are a different breed these days. One dances and raps. It spies the weather,” commented another.

A third user said, “She has done a great job.” Others said that it was a “great pleasure” to see Anker’s performance.

This isn’t the first time Mr. Kruger has stunned the internet with his performance. He has used songs from hit artists such as Beyoncé, Notorious B.I.G., and Eminem, with videos garnering millions of views.
