First of all, knead the dough for making kulcha. Knead a half hard dough with all purpose flour, water and salt and cover with a damp cloth and keep in a cool place for 1 hour.

Combine all filling ingredients, with the exception of the oil, and fold gently. Apply oil on your fingers and palms. Make small balls of dough (40-50 grams each, or the size of a medium potato) and flatten to fill with filling, For the full recipe, click here.
