To prepare this dish, first take a deep bowl and add all purpose flour along with salt, baking powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder and carom seeds. Add olive oil and milk. Knead well. Add half a cup of water and mix well to make a smooth batter. Mix egg whites, salt and pepper powder. Beat well. Cut the onion into rings and dip the rings first in the flour mixture and then in the egg mixture. Then make it crispy by dipping it in a bowl filled with bread crumbs. Fry the cooked onion rings in hot oil till golden brown.
