How to make Detox Bhindi Idli:

Component:

1 cup urad dal

3 cups proso millet

150 grams bhindi

1 green chili

1 teaspoon cumin

Method:

1. Make a paste by grinding urad dal in a mixer grinder. Add proso millet and grind it again. Make sure you get a good paste.

2. Mix the paste of lentils and millet with your honey for 4-5 minutes. Then let this paste cook for at least 4-5 hours.

3. Make a puree by adding lady’s finger, green chili and cumin in the grinder.

Pour puree into the fermented solution. Knead well. Pour the batter into idli molds and cook in steam for 10-15 minutes. Idlis are ready!
