‘Where Do Broken Hearts Go’: Sania Mirza Shares Cryptic Post Amid Divorce Rumors With Shoaib Malik

Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza and Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik are reportedly facing a rough patch in their relationship. Going by some of the latest Instagram posts on Sania’s account, it seems that her marital status is in trouble and now a recent Insta story has fueled the speculations of their divorce rumours. He recently shared a cryptic post, which left his fans and well-wishers in doubt. He wrote, ‘Where do broken hearts go? To find Allah”.

As of now, the exact reason behind their strained relationship is unknown. However, some media reports from Pakistan suggest that Shoaib Malik allegedly cheated on Sania and that the couple has already parted ways and is living separately for some time now. Rumors also suggest that the couple is now only co-parenting son Izhaan. However, no official comment has been made from either side yet.

Sania and Shoaib have been married for 12 years now. They got married in April 2010 in a star-studded wedding and during that time, their marriage created a huge controversy due to the linking of the two countries (India and Pakistan). Shoaib is Pakistani and Sania is from India. The couple now has a four-year-old son Izhaan and recently celebrated his birthday in Dubai, pictures of which were shared by Malik.

In the pictures, both Sania and Shoaib are seen cutting the cake with their son. But, the caption of those pictures was a bit strange, highlighting Shoaib’s absence in the son’s life. Shoaib wrote,

“When you were born, we became more humble and life was something special to us.
We may not be together and meet everyday but Baba keeps thinking of you and your smile every moment.
may allah give you everything you ask for @izhaan.mirzamalik
Baba and Mama love you”

It should also be noted that Sania had also posted a cryptic few days back in which she shared a picture with her son and wrote in the caption, “Moments that make me go through the toughest days.”

The speculations of their divorce are based only on their social media posts as an official statement from both is awaited.
