In a recent video uploaded by Instagram food blogger @thegreatindianfoodie, we can see a vendor making dal makhani ice cream rolls. The video begins with the seller pouring dal makhani on the cold pan of the ice cream roll machine. Then he pours some cream over the dal and mixes well. Once the paste is smooth, he spreads it evenly on the pan and takes out three rolls from it. He serves ice cream rolls with naan and onions. Take a look at the video here:

Looks terrible doesn’t it? Ever since the video was uploaded, it has garnered 251K views, 5.9K likes and hundreds of comments. Looks like netizens weren’t happy with this quirky food combination.
