Kulhad tea has a special fan following among tea lovers. But some people may wonder what is so special about kulhad tea? After all, it is the tea served in a kulhad, but there is a reason why the tea served in a kulhad tastes better. One cannot cite the reason, but tea lovers can certainly agree that they would opt for kulhad tea instead of regular tea on Sunday mornings. The video was shared by an Instagram food blogger @oye.foodieee and the video has garnered over 476,866 likes and over 11.7 million views! This kulhad is made by pouring shahi paneer gravy at the bottom of the shahi paneer kulhad, then layering it with basmati rice and covering it again with shahi paneer gravy. Layering continues till the kulhad is filled. Two pieces of fried paneer are placed on top of the kulhad along with a lemon wedge and a tomato. The dish is completed with a generous serving of mint chutney.
