Premature graying of hair is one such problem that many youngsters face today. However, Evgenia Denisova from Serbia never imagined she would see her first white hair at the age of 10. Currently 38, Evgenia accepts herself just the way she is, but the last 28 years have proved to be a rough journey for her. In a recent interview with the Daily Star, she revealed, “I was shocked because I was only 10 years old – shocked and ashamed. I was terrified of being bullied at school and struggled with this shame for years until That I decided not to give up the dye.

She was 14 when she dyed her hair for the first time. She tried henna and box dye one after the other and revealed it was a difficult decision for her when she first stopped dying because it came with “months of feeling insecure and insecure”.

The 38-year-old explained that a few days after applying the dye, she “noticed a huge difference between the white color at the root and the dark brown towards the end of the strands.” But she took the final decision after giving birth to her first child. She went to a barber and got her hair bleached.

Evgenia explained that she was tired of dying to her roots and didn’t want her child to smell the toxic chemicals from the dye. But, he is fortunate that this never happened as his appointment got canceled due to a mistake in the schedule. He started dyeing his hair again.

The 38-year-old mother-of-two immediately regretted dying her hair and as soon as she saw her white roots glistening in the sun, she decided to regrow her gray hair and stop dying it. Evgenia is grateful that she never felt judged for choosing to stop dyeing her hair. She was once mistaken for her son’s grandmother, but that never stopped her from embracing herself the way she is.
