Keeping the popularity in mind, we got an easy-to-make palak puri recipe that you can make whenever you want at home. This recipe has been shared by food vlogger Parul on her YouTube channel ‘Cook with Parul’. So without delay let’s start with the recipe.

How to Make Palak Puri | Masala Palak Puri Recipe:

  • Clean fresh spinach leaves and blanch them with a little salt.
  • Put the blanched spinach in the grinder, along with green coriander, garlic, ginger and green chilies.
  • Make a fine paste by adding garam masala, cumin, asafoetida, coriander powder, red chili powder, fennel.
  • Now put flour, gram flour, semolina, salt, carom seeds, ghee and everything together in a bowl.
  • Now add spinach paste to it and knead the dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Cut small balls out of the dough and roll out the poori.
  • Heat the oil and fry the puris till they become crispy.
