When we were looking for some quick and easy achaar recipes, we found this pickle by food vlogger “Cook with Parul”. His recipe uses three main ingredients ginger, garlic and green chillies. This dish doesn’t require any extra fancy ingredients. But the best part about making this ginger, garlic and chilli pickle is that you don’t need to boil it for several days! To make this pickle, first take ginger, green chili and garlic. Cut all these into small pieces. Then cut some part of these three ingredients and make a thick texture. Then mix all these in a bowl. Now add salt, kalonji and white vinegar. Let it rest for an hour. After an hour, add red chili powder, turmeric powder and carom seeds. Mix it well.

Now take a pan for pickle masala and add coriander, fennel, fenugreek and mustard seeds to it. Fry them on low flame only. Let it cool down and make a coarse powder in a blender. Now put mustard oil in the same pan and let it heat on high flame.

After this, gradually add spices and oil to the bowl of pickle and mix well. Once it’s ready, store it and enjoy it anytime!
