The recipe for Methi ki Kadhi is almost the same as the normal recipe for Kadhi – the only thing that is different is the addition of fenugreek leaves. To make this recipe, take a bowl, add curd with water and make a thin mixture. Once done, add besan (gram flour) and green chili paste and mix again.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, asafoetida and green garlic, mix and fry for a minute. Then add fenugreek seeds and leaves, mix and wait for the seeds to burst and the leaves to wilted. Add turmeric powder and mix again.
