The video has garnered over 96,000 upvotes and many comments. One user wrote, “I’m a huge musical nerd, and I love composing music. When I listen to this piece, and especially its performance, it’s incredibly humbling. I can see many instruments, effects, Mastering and making music with digital instruments. Yet, for all that effort, this solo piece, written for a solo instrument played by a solo artist, alone would outlast anything, and probably No one else ever will. I’d give anything to hear this piece once again for the first time, but I’m comforted to know that many more will hear it for the first time today, tomorrow, and the rest of the time.”

Another comment read, “She’s just playing the prelude. One of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written, I learned to play it on bass guitar and it was one of my biggest achievements ever.”

A third user wrote, “Wow! You are unique!”
