World Diabetes Day 2022: Neem-aloe vera juice can help in reducing the blood sugar level in the body

material:

  • 4-5 neem leaves
  • 1 tbsp aloe vera juice
  • 1.5 cups water.

method:

  • Take water in a vessel and put the required leaves in it.
  • Boil for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
  • Filter it and cool it.
  • Add aloe vera juice to it, mix and drink.
