Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2022 Admission to MBA courses at XLRI and other B-Schools across the country will be held today, January 2. Candidates appearing for the exam must take a print out of XAT 2022 admit card which is available on the official website, xatonline.in. Without XAT 2022 hall ticket, students will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. The exam will start from 9.30 am.
XAT 2022: Dress Code
The candidates are prohibited from wearing any garment which has metallic or large buttons. Jackets are also not allowed inside the examination hall. They are allowed to wear plain clothes and cardigans.

XAT 2022: Banned Items
Those appearing for the exam are not allowed to carry any electronic device like calculator, mobile phone, tablet, earphone, pen drive, health band etc. to the examination hall. Eating is not allowed inside the examination hall.
XAT 2022: Exam Day Guidelines
The candidates have to follow all the COVID-19 rules and guidelines while in the examination hall. They have to reach the exam venue as per the time allotted in the admit card to avoid the rush. All candidates will have to undergo a temperature check, maintain social distancing, wear a mask and carry a sanitizer. There will also be a document verification process at the exam center. Candidates are advised to carry Government issued Identity Card like Aadhar, Voter Card, PAN etc. Candidates are allowed to carry only transparent water bottles in the examination hall.
XAT 2022: Exam Pattern
The XAT 2022 question paper will have four sections which include Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation, Verbal and Reasoning Ability, Decision Making and General Knowledge. It will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) of 180 minutes duration. The exam is of total 100 marks and consists of 100 questions. For every correct answer, candidates will get 1 mark and for every wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted. Also, 0.05 marks will be deducted for more than 8 unattempted questions.
